Is this just Zumba for kids?
ZumbAtomic is not just Zumba for kids. It’s a program specifically designed for kids including games and kids music. In ZumbAtomic the song is broken down and worked on throughout the class, while tossing in some dancing games and other movement songs. It’s designed to keep the kids interested and avoid frustration. We build confidence, and leadership while getting in the fun exercise time kids need.
What to expect?
Little Starz is for kids 4-7.
Big Starz is for kids 8 - 12.
Each class is filled with kids games and music. The class duration ranges from 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the age and location of the class. It includes circle time, warm up, dancing, games, more dancing and some cool down time.
Students should wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle.
