What is Zumba?
Zumba is a dance fitness class that incorporates world rhythms, energetic music, and fun moves. Participants can burn 500-600 calories in the hour long class. It’s fitness; it’s dancing; it’s a party; it’s fun.
What should I expect?
Each class begins with a warm up, 10-12 high energy songs with easy to follow routines and then a cool down. We turn the music up and have fun!
What should I bring?
Participants should wear workout clothing and comfortable shoes. Some people prefer dancing sneakers, others prefer their regular workout shoes. It really depends on the individual.
Expect to sweat! A towel to wipe off is a good idea and a water bottle is a must!
